Biography

Hello There!

Alisha Elijah De Jesus is the founder of MADE Creatively.

 

They're an artist, either through drawing, makeup, photography, editing photos or videos, filmmaking or acting. They are also a musician. They can sing, play piano and guitar, and can compose music. They draw portraits using graphite and charcoal. And soon will add their creative process. Including much more.

They graduated with a Bachelor's of Arts from University of South Carolina. And majored in Media Arts and had a Theatre minor. And interned at Genesis Studios in Cayce their senior year of college. Worked backstage in school plays as a makeup designer and hair stylist. They know how to use Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator, Lightroom, and Acrobat.

They started wearing makeup when they were 9, but would have allergic reactions to some of the ingredients in makeup. So, they stopped. But slowly started wearing makeup later on, real carefully. Their executions were very limited but their creativity wasn't. In high school, they took image editing where they learned Adobe Photoshop, and it took off from there. And started creating art, including their makeup looks. Had to learn the basics of the camera in college, so they personally made self-portraits, while still doing homework. For filmmaking, they majorly changed my major from Computer Science to Media Arts, and let's just say their life transformed from there.
